Service Technician - Kairoi Residential - (San Antonio, TX)

SUMMARY: Performs various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Handles service requests for repairs and improvements of vacant apartments to a market-ready status. Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the Company. POSITION DUTIES: Prepares or assists in preparing all vacant apartments to a market-ready condition. Performs various community maintenance functions and records findings in maintenance log. Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner. Performs on-call emergency service as required. Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs on vacant units, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Service Manager. May assist in monitoring and/or controlling maintenance inventory and/or supplies. Moves heavy objects as requested.
