The Customer Service Agent provides superior customer service while promptly handling telephone calls; administers and upgrades property and casualty coverage, advising clients on matters such as registrations, claims, and desirable levels of coverage; processes incoming insurance mail and researches customer info requests. Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. w/hour lunch) and possible Saturday rotation (9 a.m.
