Software Engineering Department Manager - (Fort Wayne, IN)

Employer Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) designs and develops sensors and communication systems for aircraft, spacecraft and ships. The Software development Center is seeking an experienced Software development Department Manager that will be responsible for leading an Engineering Department focused on the Electronic Warfare Systems and Integrated Communication Systems mission areas. This departments engineering functions include qualifications analysis, architecture, design, implementation, integration and verification of embedded software applications. The Manager will lead approx 100 software development professionals located in Fort Wayne, Indiana and Dallas, Texas, with direct accountability of design and development performed on behalf of SAS programs.
