We have an immediate full-time opening for a Senior Systems Engineer in our Ridgefield, CT location. Description: The Senior Systems Engineer supports the daily operation of our technical services group and is the final escalation point within the customer care and technical support organization. Technical issues that cannot be resolved by levels one & 2 support staff are escalated to the Senior Systems Engineer. The Senior Systems Engineer is capable of troubleshooting and resolving the most difficult and complicated issues concerning Networking, Windows/Linux Server Environments, VM Ware, Sonic Wall Firewalls and routers, and Ruckus Wireless Environments.
