Attorney - (Fairfax, VA)

Boutique trial law firm is looking for an experienced part time attorney to assist with complex civil litigation pending in both state and federal courts. Perfect candidate would have trial background in cases involving construction defects, toxic mold, construction contract disputes, performance and payment bonds, and/or class actions in both federal and state courts. Must be an excellent writer with strong management skills. Assignments include case development, client management, legal research, motions, discovery, mediation and trial support; occasional court appearances may be required. This is a part time position for a lawyer whose looking for 20-30 hours a week. A min 5-seven years of background and a Virginia bar are required. Great opportunity for an attorney who needs adjustable hours. Primary office located in Fairfax, VA. $40-45/hour, depending on background.
