RCK Foods POSITION DETAILS JOB TITLE: Production Technician II REPORTS TO: Production Supervisor GROUP: Commissary REVISION DATE: 6/3/2015 PRIMARY OBJECTIVE To assist in the preparation of product while maintaining the highest level of quality standards COMPANY WIDE RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Follows all company and department policies and procedures. 2. Complies with federal and state regulations. 3. Encourages teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers. REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES Essential assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Follows established departmental policies and procedures. Ensures the quality and freshness of all products. Maintains work areas in a safe and sanitary manner by following established procedures. Operates certain warehouse vehicular equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. Performs packaging function at end of production lines. Performs various shipping and receiving functions, as requested.
