Social Media Coordinator - Contractor - (Boston, MA)

We're on the hunt for a social media coordinator, someone passionate about engaging with communities on-line and digital storytelling. This position will report to our Social Media Manager and will be based in our office in the Seaport. This is an ongoing, full time, ON-SITE contractor role. The right applicant lives and breathes social media and has a passion to learn more about developing and executing community management efforts, social media strategies, and content for a brand. Responsibilities Community Management: --- Engage Living Proof community by monitoring and responding to on-line conversation about Living Proof in real time and in brand voice, working with customer care team as needed --- Lead proactive outreach and engagement efforts on social, including identifying surprise and delight opportunities for Living Proof community --- Schedule content and manage profile updates across platforms on a day-to-day basis --- Manage social giveaways and promotions, including monitoring entries
