Director, IT Infrastructure & Operations Schaumburg, IL This position will provide overall strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of IT Infrastructure, end user support & operations including hardware design and delivery, network technologies, server and storage, WAN, LAN, telephony, system administration, collaboration, directory services, regulatory compliance, hardware & end user computing services. Ensures the organization goals are achieved while maximizing opportunities to achieve the mission of the organization. Guarantees the availability, performance, reliability and scalability of global IT infrastructure with an emphasis on key operational Office365, SharePoint, Yammer, Skype for Business & other cloud applications in an effective manner. The incumbent must have strong global third party hosting and managed services background, the expertise to build a team and deliver on financial commitments while ensuring alignment with the business and other IT functions.
