Audio Video Specialist - Spencer Technologies - (Medway, MA)

Summary: Spencer Technologies is looking for a skilled Audio Video Specialist to work with our engineering and support team to assist in the design and support of A/V solutions, provide ability, and troubleshoot equipment. The A/V Specialist will also be subject matter expert for employees and will be able assist in training internal teams on supporting related technologies. Some travel will be required. Spencer Technologies provides services throughout the United States and Canada. For almost 40 yrs, our focus has been on retail and multi-site organizations, with a deep seeded dedication to the industry and the technology supporting it. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES PRIMARY Work with the internal team and our clients to support audio & video solutions, digital signage and interactive kiosks. Assist the estimation team, sales team, help desk, project management and field management personnel with the technology.
