A/V Technician Manager - (Taunton, MA)

What you ll be doing... You ll manage a team of two -4 Field Technicians responsible for installation, configuration, and testing of audiovisual equipment for our customers. Candidates should have a solid background in audiovisual equipment or computer networking, low voltage wiring, and building construction principles. Safety, quality, workforce performance, feedback, and training are important to leading, motivating, developing and coaching your field technicians. - Develop, manage, and participate in action plans to complete installations for our customers. - 4 or more years of relevant work background. - Availability to work extended hours when necessary, including weekends and after hours. - Background with Crestron Digital Media, Cisco, Sharp, Panasonic, Smart, Shure - Solve problems and communicate status to help your team remain productive.
