Senior Data Scientist - (Kansas City, MO)

Position details JOB SUMMARY The Senior Data Scientist will provide analytic leadership at H Block. This includes influencing talent identification, skills development, metric development, software selection, data identification and development, opportunity identification, analysis, and communication in support of the business. They will play a key role in strategies that will help propel the business forward. Monitors and conducts analysis with a focus on data mining, predictive analytics, experimental design, assessment, execution, measurement of current programs, evaluation of proposed programs, behavioral analysis, customer segmentation, site selection, performance management, and other relevant quantitative analyses. Serves as an internal consultant in identifying opportunities to improve decision making through the application of analytical concepts and techniques.
