Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital seeks an experienced Manager of Therapy Services to oversee the Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital Acute Care Therapy Services Department. Ensures legal, regulatory, and fiscal guidelines are met, and the provision of quality, cost effective care in the hospital setting. Budgeting, expense management, policy and procedure development, performance improvement and risk management are key areas of responsibility. Actively participates in leadership activities with the therapy services personnel, management and medical staff.
