Safety Manager, Residential - (Escondido, CA)

We are looking for a Safety Manager to provide day-to-day HSE support to site leadership and operating teams for Baker Electric Home Energy. As Safety Manager you will ensure that the health, safety & environmental processes & procedures are complying with all corporate and statutory qualifications where applicable. You will provide safety guidance and coaching to our teammates who work in solar, roofing, and HVAC installations both in the field and office environment. Functioning as a subject matter expert and consultant to internal clients, the Safety Manager will help build sustainable improvement processes within their operating departments. We're looking for people to help us shepherd the process. If you are passionate about safety in the residential construction or renewable energy space, this is a great position for you. We're looking for someone with experience in the trade and whose kept safety practices and training at top of mind.
