Machinist - (Nashua, NH)

Position summary: Create prototype machined parts on CNC Milling Machines. Position will also create computer program for the CNC machines using Mastercam and do set up to run multiple parts if needed. Expertise to create quality parts in a timely and safe manner. This position is Monday- Friday, 11pm- 7am. Specific duties include: Create CNC programs for CNC milling machines. Set up CNC milling machines and run parts as needed. Able to read blueprints, Use of SolidWorks and Mastercam. Responsible for quick turnaround of parts and accuracy within established guidelines. Safety and maintenance of machining area. Self-starter capable of dealing with a variety of tasks in a quick paced, multi-tasking environment. Min Requirements: Run jobs on milling machines ensuring all parts meet tight manufacturing requirements. Prepare CAM files from various sources to include CAD files, prints, and verbal instruction. Plan and Set up jobs for CNC milling equipment. Maintain organization of jobs and material inventory.
