Assistant Store Manager - (Grain Valley, MO)

"Assistant Store Manager Position Objective: To assist customers in their shopping background by leading all store departments in a way that not only promotes growth for the company, but also results in a team that delivers the product and service Cosentino customers have come to expect. Reporting Structure: This position formally reports to the Store Director. Status: This is an exempt position. Knowledge The following is a list of any certifications, formal education, or training qualifications for this position. Essential Knowledge -- A food handling permit must be obtained within the 1st 14 days of employment. -- A liquor license is required prior to the 1st day of work. -- A min (2) years of managerial experience in a food service, retail, and/or grocery store setting is required. -- Completion of ongoing training and development as listed on the Cosentino Learning Plan. Non-Essential Knowledge -- A high-school certificate or equivalent is preferred.
