Quality Assurance Test Team Lead Buffalo, NY Opportunity: QA Test Lead for commercial web applications. Manage the activities of Quality Assurance Test Teams for 1 or more domains: Mainframe, Web, Client Server applications. Assist in developing and implementing short and long term strategic direction for the department. Act as project test lead on enterprise strategic projects and major business projects as required. Job duties: Act in a team leader capacity for Domain specific (Mainframe, Web, or Client Server) Test Resources, Services, and Processes. Manage Quality Assurance testing projects and activities. Oversee the Test Leads and performs the Test Lead role as required. Assist Test Leads in scheduling and obtaining on/offshore resources. Work together with project IT leads in developing test plans, strategies, resource estimates and scheduling, timelines, and overall responsibility for meeting test related project deliverables.
