Supervisor, Manufacturing-Quality Control PM - (Cibolo, TX)

We currently have an opening for a friendly, dedicated, team and goal oriented individual at our Manufacturing Facility for the position of Quality Control Supervisor PM . The QC Supervisor oversees all quality activities during scheduled shift in respective areas. Additionally the Supervisor trains and manages performance of staff to support KPI (Key Performance Indicators) while also adequately managing staffing to meet business needs. This is an overnight position. Primary responsibilities: * Supervise team to include selection, training and development, coaching, counseling and performance management * Supervise and execute all activities associated with respect to quality, customer service, cost, environmental
