Role : IBM Rational Performance Tester Key skills: * 2-3yrs of background building and managing the execution of performance test scripts * 1yr background with IBM Rational Performance Tester to develop and execute on-line performance tests for multiple, dynamic environments * 1 yr background with Rational Team Concert or any other application testing and defect management software * Background designing performance load scenarios based on business qualifications and real-world application usage patterns * Collaborates with the application development team and technical team to update existing testing processes and define new sets of processes to be scripted * 1 yr of background in Object Oriented Development (HTML, VB, JavaScript, Java) * one year of background creating basic SQL queries * Background in Oracle Database (8i, 9i, 10g or 11g) * Bachelors degree or equivalent background desired Skills: * Background with business qualifications, functional qualifications
