Utility Regulatory and Energy Attorney - (Reading, PA)

Stevens & Lee, a law and professional services firm is seeking an associate to join its Energy, Public Utility and Telecommunications Group. The position is based in its Harrisburg, PA office. Our broad practice includes representation of electricity, natural gas, water and telecommunications utilities, alternative energy developers, competitive energy suppliers, and industrial and commercial utility customers. Requirements: We are seeking an associate to join our growing Energy, Communications and Public Utility Group. The successful applicant will have 1-five years of background before state public utility commissions, the FERC or similar tribunals. Background representing public utilities (electric, gas, water or telecom) or energy suppliers and/or background in the energy industry is highly preferred. You are required to have a J.D. with an active license to practice law in Pennsylvania or the expertise to become licensed within 6 mons.
