Description: The Entry-Level Recruiter or Independet Contractor Sourcing Specialist is an entry-level position that will work together with Independent Contractor Compliance, Field Operations and the Implementation Team to effectively drive and manage the companys Independent Contractor sourcing and tracking process across multiple divisions. Sourcing Specialist Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for sourcing and identifying exceptional, diverse potential Independent Contractor's (IC's) for locations across the United States based on company need and future business growth opportunities. Develop sources, resources and relationships Responsible for utilizing both traditional and non-traditional methods to source potential ICs while maintaining the established company IC model. Identify, implement and administer tracking system to manage the process from initial contact to IC set up.
