VP Chief Technology Officer - (Memphis, TN)

Responsible for establishing current and long-range direction of health details technology infrastructure and support services aimed at keeping the organization on the forefront of change with current best practices and policies for a large IS Division and compliance with Regulatory IT qualifications. This may include the creation of strategic IT plan or road map with analysis of purchased systems, hardware and software, and the internal design and development of strategy/roadmap of hardware and non-clinical software systems across acute, ambulatory and community care divisions. This position provides technical advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to carry out major plans and procedures, and oversees the implementation of IT components of an enterprise IT strategic roadmap that includes design, implementation, marketing and maintenance of technology projects or product lines.
