Group Home Staff Supervisor- ***Must be able to work evening shifts***Full-Time/Hourly/Non-exemptEducation/Background:Bachelors degree plus two or more years of full-time background in human service field at least one of which is in a children's residential facility; High-school diploma plus five or more years background in the human service field with at least two of which in a children's residential facilitySUMMARY: Supervise direct care staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and disciplinary issues. Perform and supervise the delivery of Resident care under the direction of the Program Manager. Serve as a positive role model for Residents to observe and learn socially effective values, attitudes and behaviors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Schedule direct care staff for program coverage while maintaining staffing expectations (regular and overtime hours within budgetary guidelines).
