The prospective candidate should have strong research and written correspondence expertise; prior motion, hearing, and deposition background; and 2-four years of background litigating and defending civil liability and insurance defense claims and lawsuits in both State and Federal Courts. Applicants must also have a strong attention to detail, outstanding communication abilities, and a strong work ethic and be able to thrive in a high energy litigation environment.
