Within company cloud product, the SMB team helps small businesses, educational institutions and governmental agencies discover a better way of working with its cloud-based suite of on-line business tools. Program Operations Analyst: As part of the client's specific product programs team, you'll help manage the daily operations of a part of our referral program. In this role, you will oversee daily program operations and work ad hoc projects to improve and optimize the internal and external program background. You'll address a variety of issues from sign-up questions to program support, sometimes communicating directly with members of the program. Additionally, you'll help manage our SMB sales operations, including regular reporting on team performance in different channels and automation of reporting practices.
