Internal Medicine Needed East of State Capital, Loan Repayment Availab - (Montpelier, VT)

IM or Med/Peds needed for a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides primary care services from 3 clinic sites in Vermont. Our clinical team of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and social workers offer a full range of internal and family medicine, including obstetrics and behavioral health. We recently received designation as a Patient Centered Medical Home and implemented an electronic health record, eClinicalWorks, in 2012. Our ten medical providers are a mix of full and part time employees with a combined full time-equivalent of 8.5 and provide care for roughly 9,000 patients. They are supported by a team of eleven nurses and fifteen clerical and administrative staff. We are situated in the beautiful river valleys and rolling hills of eastern Vermont, where we have the benefits of small country towns with easy highway access to Boston, Burlington, Montreal, and points in between.
