Loan Administration Processor - (Covington, LA)

This position reports to the Loan Administration Manager and is responsible for reviewing loan papers to ensure completeness and is responsible for the functions required to complete transactions between the loan establishment and borrowers for commercial and real estate loans.---- -- Key functions: --------------------------- Verify and examine details and accuracy of loan application. --------------------------- Prepare loan documents within Laser Pro.-- --------------------------- Board loans into the core system. --------------------------- Prepare loan file to be scanned. --------------------------- Works on correcting exceptions found in loan files. --------------------------- Uses independent judgment and decision making in carrying out the key functions of the position. --------------------------- Release collateral, cancel mortgages in full or partial and mail paid notes. --------------------------- Conducts UCC searches and files UCC Statements.
