OverviewThe Principal Design Lead will work within Restaurant Design's New Restaurant Formats group. The Restaurant Formats group is responsible for designing new formats to complement our traditional freestanding and in-line restaurants. As our business grows in urban markets and internationally, we are uncovering a need for a greater variety of restaurant design options. The perfect candidate would be someone who can help us grow the Chick-fil-A brand by designing our future restaurant versions.ResponsibilitiesPROJECT EXECUTION Planning, managing and delivering design solutions independently. Influence and guides teams to provide comprehensive solutions which solve large scale business needs. PLANNING / STRATEGIC DIRECTION Identify, shape and solidify new and trending business needs within programs and markets. Create design strategy(s) and restaurant concept(s) to address.
