VP Hud - (Needham, MA)

Main responsibilities Manage a staff of fourteen responsible for all servicing and asset management functions on a 1,200-loan portfolio, including 50 constructions loans. Manage relationships and daily interaction with HUD, Ginnie Mae and warehouse banks. Monitor compliance with loan documents, FHA & Ginnie Mae regulations and reporting requirements; stay up to date on changes in regulatory requirements. Oversight of all permanent loan servicing functions, including loan boarding; billing and collections; escrow administration of tax, insurance, MIP, replacement reserve, repair, working capital, operating deficit and other account types; escrow analysis; letter of credit administration; UCC continuations; review and approval of payoffs; filing mortgage releases and discharges.
