VP of Mortgage Lending - (Sioux Falls, SD)

Position summary: The VP Mortgage Lending is responsible to meet established loan quality and production goals for the Community Bank mortgage department. Responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining a quality network of business relationships that serves as a recurring source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities. Provides supervision to the mortgage lenders in the respective bank markets. Essential Job Functions: Department Growth Supervisory duties will include the mortgage lenders in all 4 Community Bank markets including Sioux Falls, Des Moines, Storm Lake, and Brookings. This includes working with the lenders to establish appropriate goals, training and coaching, and evaluating performance. Supports the mortgage lenders in their efforts to sell the bank’s mortgage products and services to bank customers. Ensures that all mortgage lenders receive training on and comply with changing regulations, bank policies, and loan procedures.
