VP of Sales & Merchandising - (Emeryville, CA)

The leader of the Sales and Merchandising team for the newly created baby product line (Pipette) will drive business results and build the brand with internal and external business partners. This includes creating and delivering on the distribution strategy; day to day business management responsibilities such as merchandising, planning, distribution and marketing; tracking metrics against business objectives to exceed financial goals. Responsibilities Responsible for overall account strategies and account performance to support growth and gain market share for Pipette. Set overall vision and strategy to grow sales and maximize ROI. Drive sales revenue in the 1st year to a plan of $10 Million, year 2 $25 Million and year 3 $55 Million. Establish Pipette as a key strategic vendor with each of the channel partners in 2019. Align with retail partners goals and objectives to build the business and establish a solid relationship.
