Director HVAC System Operations - (Warren, MI)

The Director HVAC System Operatons to provide direction and management for the College's Building Automation System, HVAC systems, and serves as the interface with contractors in the maintenance and repair of the equipment relating to building automation and HVAC systems. Provides leadership in the management of campus wide utility infrastructure planning, charged with creation and compliance to energy reduction strategies, and serves as business owner of a capital funding to be deployed based upon prioritization of critical needs and ongoing system re-investment in facility infrastructure and energy management systems. EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred. PRELIMINARY REQUIREMENTS: Five Years' background with HVAC systems maintenance and operations; and Building Automation Systems. 5 Years' background in Facilities Operations. Three Years' background in energy and or utility management.-- Must possess a valid Michigan driver's license.
