Maintenance Technician - (Sanibel, FL)

PART TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Periwinkle Place Shopping Center located on beautiful Sanibel Island is looking for a part time shopping center maintenance technician. Our ideal candidate is an energetic, outgoing self-starter who has general business maintenance skills. KEY ASSIGNMENTS INCLUDE (but not limited to): * Performs basic repairs to all areas of the building, plumbing, minor electrical, lighting, woodwork, janitorial, exterior cleaning and pressure washing, etc., in a quality and timely manner. * Works with all teammates with respect to other associated buildings and operations. * Manages and resolves tenant service requests. * Works with outside venders and contractors, assists with project management. * Responds to emergencies and is required to be on-call, including sharing weekends and holidays as necessary with the team. * Assists management with periodic events throughout the year. OTHER DETAILS: High-school degree or GED preferred.
