VP of Strategy HVAC & Controls - (Milwaukee, WI)

What you will do Under general direction, leads the creation and communication of the business strategic plan. Focuses on key strategic planning dimensions including geographic, technological, product, market and branding expansion/growth, market research activities, and assessment of inter-divisional synergies, alliance development and acquisitions in order to support executive initiatives. Ensures each P&L business strategic plans contain key growth initiatives and aligns with the overall JCI strategic plan and drives the financial results and operational strategies by conducting thorough financial analysis and measurement and sharing best business practices. Drives the plan to include strategies that will significantly impact longterm business performance in the areas of line card development, channel development, execution planning, mergers & acquisitions and alliances, technology evaluation and management, and business analytics.
