Participant Services Representative - (Hillsboro, OR)

Participant Services Representative needs two years financial or industry background Participant Services Representative requires: high volume, direct customer contact service environment Multilingual (Spanish/English) and/or FINRA Licensed Quick with learning new software. Previous Call Center or work background with a Bank or financial company, Participant Services Representative duties: Problem solve, perform initial research and follow-up with individual participant related issues, as needed. Monitor status of requested work and prepare customized correspondence as necessary and make outbound calls as requested. Facilitate call escalation for participants whose loan or distribution requests are not being met within established service time-frames.
