Assistant Kitchen Manager - Chinese Cuisine - (Los Angeles, CA)

Chin Chin Chinese restaurants operate four restaurants in LA and one in Las Vegas. We are a very established company and growing rapidly. We have completed renovations in Las Vegas and will be revamping the LA restaurants this year.--We are looking for a professional chef to asisst the kitchen manger in 1 store with potential to move up into opening more restaurants.You must be experienced in wok cooking, dim sum and Chinese cooking.--You will have multiple years background running a high volume kitchen.--You will be responsible for all the day to day running of the kitchen and will work together with the general manager and corporate team.--We are looking for a real chef that has excellent cooking skills and leads by example and will build a team, manage, train and motivate them.--Looking for a chef to implement systems to maintain and control quality, labor, consistency and sanitation.--Must have background with scheduling
