Possess strong interpersonal and management expertise. -Expertise to follow receipe instructions to ensure consistent quality, establish presentation technique and quality standards. -Follow and be accountable for a safety culture that creates a workplace atmosphere where no 1 gets hurt. -Follow compliance with sanitation and safety qualifications for culinary equipment and to assure usage is properly operated and maintained. -Expertise to walk, stand and/or bend continuously to perform essential job functions. -Expertise to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods. -Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by supervisors/managers. -Culinary degree a plus, but not necessary. -Ensure consistency and quality at all times.
