Claims Processor - (Chandler, AZ)

Our client in Chandler is looking for a Claims Processor. They have a positive team-friendly work atmosphere. This person will be responsible for accurately opening new Claims, as well as reviewing claim documentation for completeness ans research and resolve inconsistencies prior to opening the claims. In addition you will be reviewing requests for Denial and Approval letters once any discrepancies are resolved, processing all letter. Responsibilities: -Evaluate and open claims in accordance with company policies and procedures -Independently prioritize responsibilities base on specific contractual terms -Accurately track and flag work-in-progress and work completed to facilitate proper communications -Ensures claims are are opened for the proper amounts and all necessary info is completed -Files all claim letters in the proper subfolders on the shared drive for easy retrieval Skills: -High-level of system and product knowledge
