Benefits Specialist - PT - (Indianapolis, IN)

Job description Butler University is currently seeking a part time Human Resources Benefits Specialist to coordinate the administration of the College's benefit programs. This individual must have a benefits administration experience working with plan compliance. The individual should be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion while providing superior customer service to internal and external customers. Key responsibilities: Manage new and current employee benefit enrollments and changes including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, FSA, HAS, retirement, life, and longterm disability benefits. Work directly with 3rd-party vendors and consultants to resolve issues that may arise with the benefit plan and its members. Maintain FMLA, ADA, ACA and tuition reimbursement/exchange by providing details to employees, determining eligibility according to program policy.
