RECRUITING ASSISTANT - FOSTER CARE/SOCIAL SERVICES Salary: $35,000 to $38,000 per year DOE SUMMARY: Assists Coordinator of Recruitment, Licensing and Training/Executive Director with program's Foster Caregiver recruitment and licensing needs including preserving licensure for the Foster Caregiver's home. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Conducts general assessments of potential and active Foster Caregiver homes. Stays up to date of applicable state's licensing rules and regulations for foster homes. Informs foster care givers of changes in licensing requirement and ensures compliance with State law. Maintain records and data on all recruitment activities. Compiles data on training requirements for management's analysis. Schedules and prepares training site and coordinates materials for recruitment and training sessions. Respond to potential applicants' questions and provide instruction on becoming a foster caregiver.
