Responsibilities: The Shared Services team provides applications that are interfaced and used in different ways by other applications. Shared services applications house master data, handle network authentications, identity management and access management. Translating business requirements into software requirements: Clarifying business requirements by working with Product owner and project team Documenting requirements (stories with acceptance criteria, flows, other documentation) Getting agreement/signoff from project teammates on requirements and scope Documenting existing functionality Working with developers and UX designers to verify solution meets business requirements Entering defects in the tracking application and working with the developers to get those fixed Participating in review of defects found in sprint testing to
