This position will focus on the support and maintenance of Cisco CUCM, CUC, UCCX, Jabber, CER, Expressway, Cisco routers, and Cisco switches. Job summary Roles and Responsibilities Provide support for Cisco CUCM, CUC, UCCX, Expressway, and CER applications Provide support for Cisco Routers and Cisco Switches Provide support for MGCP, H323, and SIP gateways Provide primary engineering support for design and configuration for voice collaboration solutions to meet with customer's goals and requirements Lead voice collaboration break-fix, installation, and projects efforts. Evaluate new technical requirements for compatibility with existing systems which have been deployed. Evaluate new products for compatibility and applicability to customer network.
