Sr. network analyst - toronto regional infrastructure hub - (Buffalo, NY)

The Opportunity This position supports the buildout of a Regional Infrastructure Hub model that is accountable for the tactical operations of scalable, reliable and effective network infrastructure services. This role, while geographically located in Toronto, is an extension of the Corporate IT organization. The role will be responsible for analyzing and resolving network hardware and software issues in a timely manner, documenting details learned into a knowledge based and transitioning to the Network Operations Center for future Tier one resolution. This role participates in project work as assigned which includes leveraging the Delaware North network standards and reference architecture to design, build, test and implement solutions that are optimized highly available global network infrastructure in accordance with business and application requirements, security policies and industry and domain best practices.
