Energy Services Specialist - (Pasco, WA)

Energy Services Specialist Franklin PUD is searching for an Energy Services Specialist to implement a full range of energy conservation programs for the District's residential, commercial, irrigation, and industrial customers. This position assists customers with energy conservation advice and recommendations, performs audits and inspections, and ensures conservation program qualifications are met by contractors. Provides recommendations to management on the design of energy conservation programs in addition to customer relations and public outreach in support of the District's energy conservation programs. POSITION ASSIGNMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Program Administration: Oversees a portfolio of incentives approved by Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) and the Northwest Power and Conservation Council that are offered to District customers. Implements the District's energy conservation programs for 1 or more sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural.
