Era Living is seeking a part time Community Relations Associate to become the newest member of our Community Relations team located in our Ida Culver House Ravenna Community, Seattle, WA.We offer aggressive compensation and a workplace environment that supports your development and recognizes your achievements!Main responsibilities:This role supports the Community Relations staff in answering phones, greeting visitors and acting as liaison between community members, employees, general public and administration. The Community Relations Associate also conducts tours, coordinates and hosts events, facilitates the move-in process for residents, and maintains accurate and current details in the lead tracking database. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: High-school certificate or equivalent required; College diploma preferred. Min of one year office or sales/marketing experience. Expertise to read, write, and communicate in English. Computer literacy in Windows, Microsoft office suite, and lead tracking database.
