Requisition Number 19-0018 Post Date 2/7/2019 Title Compliance Specialist City Tempe State AZ Description Summary of Responsibilities: This position is responsible for supporting the organization s compliance and internal control efforts and providing compliance advice or recommendations within the Risk Management Department. This includes design and performance of testing procedures to assess the level of adherence with laws and regulations as well as credit union compliance processes. Assists management in reviewing and interpreting laws and regulations for the purpose of developing appropriate testing plans and participates actively with interdepartmental teams to improve existing policies and procedures based on regulatory changes, internal audits, and examinations by regulatory agencies. Responsible for presenting potential compliance concerns to management and other appropriate parties as needed. Individual
