All candidates must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills. A applicant should have extensive experience representing bank and nonbank financial services providers with regulatory and transactional matters. Responsibilities would include: Representing clients before the Federal Reserve, OCC, FDIC, CFPB and state bank regulators regarding applications and examinations, licensing, regulatory capital issues, charter conversions, banking powers, regulatory enforcement actions, and various compliance issues; Providing advice to financial institutions regarding compliance with state and federal laws and regulations, such as the Bank Holding Company Act, Change in Bank Control Act, Federal Deposit Insurance Act
