San Bernaradino County law firm is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent primarily children in Juvenile Dependency Court proceedings. Previous trial and /or courtroom background is desired. Responsibilities: Represent clients in court Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients Comply with all legal standards and regulations Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law Requirements: Must be a California Licensed Attorney Previous trial and/or courtroom background Strong analytical and issue solving abilities Expertise to build rapport with clients (primarily children) Exceptional written and spoken communication and negotiation skills Excellent business judgment and high-level of professionalism Expertise to work in teams Excellent time management and management expertise
