Candidate must have outstanding communication, legal research, and writing expertise.Responsibilities and DutiesCommon areas we litigate in are real estate, probate, employment, unlawful detainer, and business. This job will require litigation from commencement to trial: client meetings and intake, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial work.Requirements and SkillsApplicants must be licensed with California State Bar.
