We are seeking an experienced, motivated attorney with seven - 10yrs of background in construction law, public and private contract disputes, enforcement of mechanic's liens/payment and performance bonds, and other construction work. An attorney who practices in general civil litigation, including without limit, business, contract and personal injury law, is a plus.The perfect applicant will have the expertise to manage his/her own case load, including all aspects of litigation, from the claims stage through trial or arbitration.
