Field Workers (Artichoke and Brussels Sprout Harvest) Premium Packing, Inc. is seeking 40 temporary Field Workers (Artichoke and Brussels Sprout Harvest, Row Boss/Foreman, Tractor Driver, Machine Operator, Bus Driver) to work in fields located in Monterey County, CA. Contract period: March 12, 2019 through November 30, 2019. three months of agricultural exp. required. Wage offer of the highest of $13.92/hr. (unless changed by court order or other action) or group incentive rates depending on crop activity. Higher or different wage rates may apply during contract period based on market conditions and/or crop/job activity, but no less than the required wage rate. Bus Driving is paid $14.00/hr and may be higher based on yrs. of service and exp. Row Boss/Foreman pay may be higher based on yrs. of service and exp. 3/4 of the work hrs. guaranteed. Tools & equipment provided at no cost to the worker.
